01 • Discovery & Strategy

We leave no stone unturned in our discovery process. Every brand should have a solid strategic foundation, which is why every project starts with insightful questions to understand your target audience.

We’ll ask you to complete:

• Our Brand Questionnaire — so we can really understand your business and what your offerings are, and;

• Three Persona Questionnaires — so we can understand your customers on a deeper level, what they like, what they don’t and what problems you are solving for them.

Once we’ve got the above we’ll pull together a brand strategy document which will become our north star of the project, and all our design decisions moving forward.

02 • Design & Review

Let’s get visual! In this phase, we craft your bespoke logo suite, including a horizontal, vertical and square version of your logo, as well as exporting the logos in a variety of colours.

Digesting the answers from the initial questionnaire, we explore typography and develop a colour palette which feels reflective of the brand Specifically we examine how to use the fonts from a hierarchy perspective on both print and online, and consider how they can be applied to materials such as business cards and other collateral.

03 • Brand Launch

We take everything we’ve designed in phase two and create a set of bespoke brand guidelines. This leaves you with a document you can use to reinforce a consistent vision of your business.

You can use this document to refer to personally, or send it to designers, suppliers or employees to showcase how your brand should be applied to collateral.

We’ll even throw in 3 x social media posts for you to shout about your shiny new brand!
