Tinies & Co, founded by Laura Vane, is a brand that aims to empower parents on their pregnancy and early years journey. With a mission to bring joy and confidence to parents when shopping for their little ones, Tinies & Co curates a collection of tried and tested products, offering expert advice based on lived experiences. By providing non-biased parental guidance, the brand helps parents feel confident in their purchase decisions and supports them throughout their parenting journey.
Project objectives
Our objective for Tinies & Co was to develop a captivating and inviting brand in the pregnancy and early years market that would differentiate itself from competitors.
We began by understanding Laura Vane's vision for the brand and crafted specific brand personas that resonated deeply with the target audience. Through this research, we found that Tinies & Co stands out as a personalisable and trustworthy brand due to the unique advantage of being created by parents who have firsthand experience of the everyday challenges and joys of new parenthood.

Our brand design approach
For the brand design approach of Tinies & Co, our aim was to create a visual representation of the joyous and confident shopping experience for parents, whilst keeping it Stylish. Too often, early years branding is designed for the child, not the parent. We wanted to create something that spoke to the parents and felt familiar, not alien.
Through thoughtful design, we crafted a visual language that showcases the uniqueness and individuality of each product and brand. Inspired by the beauty and wonder of parenthood, our design elements evoke a sense of exploration, where parents can venture through a world of possibilities.
Just like a garden of blooming flowers, the brand design reflects the diverse and ever-evolving needs of parents, offering a curated selection of products and advice tailored to their individual journeys.
By combining elements that convey a sense of nurturing and style, we created a design that resonates with parents, instilling trust and reliability. The visual representation of Tinies & Co embodies the brand's commitment to being a reliable companion, providing parents with the confidence and assurance they seek when making purchasing decisions for their little ones.
The logo design
In designing the logo for Tinies & Co, it was crucial to ensure compatibility with other brands while capturing the essence of the company. To achieve this, we opted for a wordmark logo rather than a symbol. The chosen typography strikes a balance, being bold enough for easy readability while feeling stylish and editorial to create a sense of familiarity with where the audience already shops.
All the tittles used in the logo are different colours to reflect the different stages of a child’s growth and to show how no two children are the same. Circles are used throughout the brand as a design element as they symbolise both cycles and completion.
Calm & nurturing brand colour palette.
The brand colors of Tinies & Co have been thoughtfully selected to evoke a range of emotions and align with the brand's essence. Linen represents softness and purity, Baby Pink exudes playfulness and joy, Mint brings a sense of serenity and balance, It's a Boy celebrates new beginnings, and Slumber signifies tranquility. Together, these colors create a harmonious and nurturing visual palette that embodies the core values of Tinies & Co, inspiring confidence, joy, and serenity throughout the parenting journey.
Brand typography for parenting advice blog, Tinies & Co.
In the process of selecting brand typography for Tinies & Co, we carefully paired fonts that would embody the brand's essence of sophistication and style. For the heading font, we opted for an elegant and refined sans serif typeface with thin and delicate letterforms, exuding an air of sophistication.
Contrasting with this, we introduced a modern geometric font for the body copy, adding a touch of contemporary flair. This thoughtful blend of typography creates a harmonious visual balance, with the larger editorial headings standing out while the geometric font provides clear legibility. The similar tallness of both fonts allows them to sit together well.
Social media designs
We designed custom social media templates for Tinies & Co using Canva. These templates incorporate the brand's visual elements, including colours, typography, and logo, ensuring a consistent and professional online presence.
With these templates, Tinies & Co can effortlessly apply their brand identity on social media platforms, maintaining a memorable presence. The user-friendly interface allows for easy customization and content creation, empowering Tinies & Co to share parenting tips, showcase products, and engage with their community effectively.
